Enquiries and availability
A website enquiry is a request for information only. It does not reserve a date, venue, product or service.
Quotes and bookings
A booking is confirmed only after Mayoli’s has confirmed availability, the client has accepted the final written quote and any required deposit or agreement has been completed.
Pricing and imagery
Displayed prices, images and descriptions are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing may depend on quantities, delivery, venue access, setup, breakdown and other event requirements.
Changes and cancellation
Applicable change, cancellation, damage and payment terms must be stated in the client’s formal quotation or booking agreement.
